  This location used to be great. Before the Taco Ball prices everywhere tripled and business slowed down. They stopped breakfast, which I don't care about and then they stopped online box deals. Only thing worth the price. Even other box deals that are okay they will do not offer. The online ordering doesn't state this so it just errors out when you order something they do not offer and you have no idea why. A meal now costs about $11-15. If rather go get real tacos at Taco Bamba down the street for $4-$5.50 per taco. Way better tasting and better for you (and basically cheaper and faster). This Taco Bell location shorts on meat and nacho cheese whenever possible, especially steak quesadillas and neck bell grandes, so if you do order from here check your food. You want to get your $10 worth. Taco Bell should just shut down at this point. The worst ever and I love Taco Bell. Been eating it for over 30 years. Used to eat it 2-3 times a week for lunch. Update : as I was writing this my wife was struggling at the location to order what we wanted. She had to get her own app because you have to be near the location to check in. Also this was the third time out of for that they did not give us our chips and cheese (nachos). Obviously malicious. No one is that dumb that often. Horrible location!!! Check everything BEFORE you drive away from the window. On top of that my wife got the beefy nachos and the chips were all small and broken. Guess they sit on the chips before they serve them as this is not the first time for that either. Just gets worse and worse every time we go. Like I said i used to go to this location all the time. It's been over a month now and i remembered why after this horrible experience repeating itself over and over. Hopefully I won't forget next time.

  I would give a negative star if possible. We placed an order and waited 40 Minutes. It was two burritos! The girl at the counter shows an attitude that she has no idea why it’s taking long because she’s in training. Then a guy comes and says that it will take another 30/40!! When we asked to cancel our order, he said we will need to call customer service!

  The workers who work in the evening hours are constantly delaying orders because they try to complete one order with five people and are constantly chatting amongst themselves. Something needs to be done to prevent this.

  On 10/ 19/2025 at 3:35 pm I ordered 4 potatoes soft Taco but regretted ordering such a cold frozen and low quality food. After testing I trashed them all.
