    On 10/ 19/2025 at 3:35 pm I ordered 4 potatoes soft Taco but regretted ordering such a cold frozen and low quality food. After testing I trashed them all.

    customer service can be tough work but the attendants at this taco bell make it look easy. everyone i interacted with was so friendly right off the bat and they got our entire order out with speed and accuracy, even after i added to my order at the window. great service ☺️🫶🏽

I attempted to redeem a valid free taco coupon at this store, but the manager on duty Sudhir Yadav refused to honor it without justification. More concerning, the manager was extremely rude—raising their voice at me in front of customers and staff, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a fellow Taco Bell manager, I understand the importance of upholding company standards, including respectful customer interactions. This behavior reflects poorly on the brand and creates a negative experience for everyone present. I kindly request: 1. Clarification on why the coupon was denied 2.
