While eating the pizza we found a long piece of hair in the pizza. I went back to inform the staff. It appeared that I was speaking with the supervisor or manager on duty. Rather than acknowledging the issue or showing concern, he was rude, unprofessional, and denied that the situation even happened. He proceeded to argue with me as if I had made the entire thing up. No one wants to find hair in their food, and I understand that mistakes can happen. However, how situations are handled speaks volumes. This was an opportunity to demonstrate accountability and a commitment to cleanliness and customer service, and unfortunately, that did not happen. It has already been a long time since I last ate at Pizza Hut, and after this experience, it will be my last!
