We didn’t order anything special and it’s was 5:20, so definitely dinner time. We were told to pull into a spot to wait. While the order was correct it wasn’t fresh or hot. It was barely wrapped in the paper and the fries were cold. $25 of crap.

They are a 24h store and ive been there before 6am a few times but when I went today they said they aren't opening till 6am, I wouldn't have been mad if they had their arch off or their menus off or if they answered my question about why they weren't open and ive tried calling the store to ask and they just stand there as the phone rings, plus I could do a online order through the app

This location has by the worst customer service. I try not to go here but sadly is closer on my way to work and I hate taking a different route. Everytime I go here either the app doesnt work and they really dont care even though you show them the codes and my food is always wrong and on top of that if you want to change it and go back in the line and wait they get an attitude. I mean youre paying for your food which aint cheap so you should at least get what you ordered theyre not giving it to you for free. Anyways I don't think complaining does anything because they still dont care.
