On the other hand Shannon is a awesome employee I always see her there even tho it’s busy she never has a bad attitude and always makes the effort to help. Shannon deserves a raise!!! Also the grinch fries are not it food was good tho!

- JXJay XNov 23, 20251.0Approximately 6:15 am on 11/23/2025 Maria (Manager) refused to let me wash my hands in the bathroom while waiting for my order after I assisted jumping someone else's car battery. Maria ignored me when I first approached the counter and decided to help another customer before me. Then she was extremely rude when I asked to used the bathroom to wash my hands saying "it was for customers only" implying that I wasn't a customer. I've been to this location multiple times including earlier this morning and have never felt more dehumanized. This person should not be allowed to be a manager of anything let alone a customer facing position. I will be reporting this business for obvious discrimination. *To add more info - The women's bathroom at this location is unlocked while the men's bathroom needs to be unlocked via staff.
