    They do a good job here. While I sometimes shop at other Giants, this one is my favorite: 1) their self-scanners work better than other Giants (and all other stores for that matter); 2) whenever something rings up incorrectly, Marjorie (sp?) or another manager makes it right; 3) I like that Giant hires union workers, and the workers here seem like they receive a living wage. Why shop at a national chain when we have a great local/regional chain right in our neighborhood? Keep up the great work!

    Extremely disappointing experience. This Giant location is constantly out of stock, and shelves are rarely restocked in a timely manner. Basic items are missing every time I shop, making it frustrating and a complete waste of time. On top of that, I experienced disrespectful and discriminatory treatment that felt racially biased. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful, while other customers were treated differently. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a major grocery chain.
