Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly had zero interest in resolving a very simple issue. It felt like doing the right thing for a customer wasn’t even an option—because no one here is empowered, trained, or willing to care. The ownership is a complete joke. When employees act this way consistently, that’s a leadership problem, not an individual one. Whoever owns this store should seriously consider selling it, because they have failed to create even a basic standard of customer service. Plenty of Dunkin’ locations get it right. This one does not. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. — A very disappointed customer
