After I called, a lady picked up the phone and I explained to her what happened. She said that my order was not yet in the oven but she needs to double check. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes before she just hung up the phone. Right after this, I called back again and asked why she hung up on me and she put me on hold again for 5-10 minutes and then she said "your pizzas are ready and you have to pick them up I dont know how but you have to pick them up". I asked her if I can talk to the manager and she said that there is no manager at the store before 6pm and she said that she is the boss right now. There is no way I can pick up my pizzas and I have no idea what to do now. This happened on November 3, around 2:30.
