  I had chicken al pastor rice bowl today around 6:10pm Feb 26. Shoutout to whoever cooking the chicken today because its spicy and well marinated. It was delicious. However, the portion is a little less than usual today

  Poor customer service PROVIDED BY YONI hispanic male next to register. As an local employee near by Establishment I ordered side of chicken and ask for ramikin small scoop sauce salsa and bean clear smaller to go plastic ramikin. Charged was $10 is this correct? NO ! CHIPOTLE DO NOT CHARGE PLASTIC CLEAR TO GO RAMIKIN Please Corporate franchiseer contact Thanks !

  The guy in front of me asked for regular chicken bowl. The worker loaded it up from the beginning with tons of rice and beans and meat and all the cold sides. Way more than regular. I was super happy for him. It is my turn, and im getting a veggie bowl. I asked for extra rice, fajitas, beans, salsa, guac, cheese, lettuce. Everything she portioned for me was so small, not even regular until i asked for more. She kept giving me judgy looks and glares when i asked for extra. For the guac, she said she has to charge extra. I explained that im not getting any protein and i would have gotten more guac in a side cup than i did on my bowl. She refused and proceeded to turn to the cashier and spoke in spanish while making pointed looks at me. Then they both laughed and she barely put the lid on properly and my bowl leaked everywhere in the bag. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt especially the service industry cause i get it. It is hard and exhausting. I worked at a chipotle for five years so i understand what the work environment is like and also know that’s not the portion sizes and there was a huge difference in portion sizes between mine and the guy in front of me. I dont take racism lightly and dont go around accusing people, but this definitely felt like it. When it came my turn they were extremely rude and judgmental and unfriendly.
