This was my worst encounter with the small serving size rumor. I had realized that I placed my order at a different location and sat there and watched the dude 1/2 scoop everything despite my order having extra everything. When I confronted them and asked why I saw one scope of beans and beef they looked me dead in the eyes and told me to pay extra for these, not to mention no mozzarella cheese was found in this bowl whatsoever. I accepted the thievery and walked out politely but I’m never ordering here again and so should you if you’re reading this.

This is my 2nd time experience my husband and I had at the same locations on October 19th, around 10:25 PM, 35 minutes left before closing. We placed an order in person for two burrito bowls—one with sofritas and one with chicken. We were informed that fajita vegetables were unavailable, which we were willing to accept. However, we were also told there was no cheese, despite they just have to open up new bag and fill up the container of cheese. The person who was serving us was soo rude he said he will not open the bag just for us. I am writing this review just because this happened to us 2nd time at the same locations- they have such a rude employee specially during closing! Very disappointed by the treatment and food.

Service is good and consistent with what you’d expect from any Chipotle. The only concern is the parking area — it doesn’t feel entirely safe. There are often groups of middle school kids riding scooters and bikes recklessly, and it can be unnerving when parking or walking to the restaurant. I hope management takes some steps to make the area feel safer for customers.
