I have never tried Uyghur food before. This restaurant is a hidden gem. My wife and I tried three different dishes and like anyone who knows, had hot tea to drink with our meal.
Food is okay, but the lady in the front is not nice. I have ordered here a few times, but every time the lady in front is argumentative. I made a big order from them in cold and some of the items were missing. This is not right. We had a large family to feed and 3-4 items from a large order were missing. Drove out in the cold and not getting what you pay for is not right and on top of that the lady is always not nice, she wants to fight. Even if you have good food, bad customer service means people don't want to come to your restaurant. This is the 2nd time they messed up my grubhub order. First time, the lady said they couldn't do anything and gave the order to someone else and told me to contact grubhub. 2nd time, missing items. if you don't wanna use grubhub, simply take your restaurant off of grubhub!
I ordered delivery, but was a little worried about the noodles surviving the trip-- I needn't have been. The laghman was fantastic, the noodles came out just the right consistency, and the flavors delightful.
