The young man behind the counter was extremely kind and understanding. He let me try as many samples as I wanted and the ice cream was delightful. The young lady who I thought was his coworker which turned out to be his mother was also outstandingly kind and sweet. This is probably the best Baskin-Robbins i've been to!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
