  Stopped by tonight at 9 PM to get donuts for my team for tomorrow. Unfortunately, for my donut loving self, the doors were locked and the person mopping the floor had no regard for us or the 4 other cars that pulled in the lot after us. I understand times can vary but dang what a bummer. It would be super helpful if the Google hours reflected the correct times so that I didn’t waste my time or effort for a 0% return on my donut expenditure.

  I live 1 1/2 hrs away. I look forward to FRESH Assorted donuts. However if the store is open til 9 you should continue to cook. I was in 2:30 p.m. Glazed looked good on top however , when I bit it to it 10 min. Later , icing was so hard on bottom it was falling off. It tasted days old but I don't think so. So I got 11/2 doz. Glazed and assorted. Assorted was not much as they did not have custard, she asked the other girl she said yes found out she thought she said Customer!!😩So I got a chocolate icing and 2 raspberry. When they didn't have lemon, apple or any choice I said 3 more raspberry. Well when I got home the girl put 3 more glazed. The most DISAPPOiNTING experience Fir the 2nd time. To top it off No NAPKINS in the place!!!! Are they closing this location? That's experience I had in Newport News and when I went the next time it was Closed. Sent email to Head office but No response.

  I walked in a few min after 11am. Sheana (sp),the young lady behind the counter, was preparing a very large order. The next gentleman was very indecisive. I had an order for 3x create your own dozen. They did not have 3 of the flavors i needed. I stepped back to make a call to see what other flavors my people wanted. A customer came in with an attitude concerning a receipt that she admitted to leaving in the store. Sheanna was very professional despite the woman being rude. I commended Sheanna for her patience and professionalism in that moment. She filled my order and I thanked her. It cost nothing to be kind!

  Krispy Kreme are my favorite donuts. However, I am very disappointed with my most recent visit. I placed an order in the app a day in advance. When I arrived the cashier was not helpful and the interaction didn’t leave a good impression. Then when I got home and opened my donut box I found not only were all but one of my st. Patrick’s day donuts not green, as advertised, but I was given the wrong donuts. I’m sure it was my order since it had my name on the sticker but they messed up a third of my order! I payed over $20 to get the wrong donuts.
