I called in to make an order and couldn't hardly make out what he was saying, and told him this. He proceeded to grunt and reposition tbe phone, I told him I wanted a L Cheese pizza, he proceeds to make me confirm that I want a L Cheese pizza 3 times, then places me on a hold, comes back and doesn't say anything for 2 minutes before asking me a fourth time if it was a L Cheese pizza I wanted to order. Furthermore, I got there and the door was locked, he saw me standing outside freezing multiple times and didnt let me in. When I finally got inside, he nastily asks what name is on the order, which I stated that he never asked and it was a L Cheese pizza. He then rolls his eyes and hands me rhe pizza. Is this what the owner allows to work for him?
