I called this Panera and the gentleman that answered was so kind and helpful. They offered me a full refund but I asked if they could just resend my order. He said they could and my food should be out to me within 30 min. My food came quickly and was delicious. They made what would have been a regretful experience a great experience.

We spent over $54 and we didn’t receive my son’s bowl of bacon Mac and cheese. Tried to call approximately ten times and the message said to call after 7 pm and no one ever answered. If it rings too many times then it hangs up on you. Why should I drive 12 minutes down the road to get something that should have been in the bag and was clearly on the receipt. Then to call a make the problem known for no one to even answer.
