    I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s because of Jennifer in the drive-thru. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole interaction feel easy and pleasant. My order was correct, everything moved quickly, and she still took the time to be kind and welcoming. You can tell she cares about doing her job well. Little moments like that make a big difference, and Jennifer definitely made my day better.

    I was serviced by this wonderful cashier named Jennifer! I let my child place her first order and she went above and beyond to be helpful, very transparent, very patient, very compassionate! It is people like this, that bring they same joy to McDonald’s that I had when I was a child! She’s amazing!

    This is literally the slowest service of any McDonald's in Richmond so many times I've had to just leave the drive-thru and head out because I'm late for work and this taking forever

    The older manager here is a wonderful lady. She loves her job and it shows in the service she provides. She is always in a good mood. If I see her behind the counter, I know my order will be prepared correctly and made to the McDonald's quality standard that was instilled by Ray Kroc. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
