I drove there today, Sunday 2.22 at about 4:20pm. There was a sign that the lobby was closed. So I went through the drive thru. They only had about 5 types of donuts available. My daughter wanted to use a coupon for a $1 glazed dozen with the purchase of a dozen but they had no glazed available. Waste of a drive. Very frustrating.

The associates this morning were great! My issue is the size of the doughnuts, I purchased a dozen for my team and they assumed they were mini doughnuts. The original glaze has SHURNK. I waited twenty minutes in the drive- thru, as the lobby was closed and the HOT light was on! The line was onto Broad street on a Friday morning during rush hour! This appears to be the norm now on any given day either the drive - thru is closed or the lobby causing extended wait times and customer service associates with attitude. I got lucky this morning as the wait was long but the staff AMAZING!

If you’re going to Krispy Kreme, count your donuts before you leave.
Ordered a standard six. Got home. Short two.
Basic order accuracy shouldn’t be a gamble. Open the box. Check it. Apparently, you can’t assume six means six here.
Update: Submitted the contact request last night.
At this point, I’m assuming the previous response was just a generic copy-and-paste reply to complaints. Still waiting to see if there’s any real follow-through.
Update: 02/20/2026:
Still no response. Still charged full price. Still didn’t receive the full order.
At this point, the lack of follow-up says more than the missing donuts. After following their instructions listed below.
This place is a huge disappointment.
I last visited on the 13th specifically for the Valentine's day dozen along with receiving the email for the give away of a glazed dozen.
I went inside because the drive thru line was long (as expected)
There was originally one guy handling the counter, donut window, AND phone orders.
While standing in line for a little over 30 minutes with less than 10 different customers in front of me, you heard comments from the back workers of "we don't have any glazed donuts" "we don't have the Valentine's bear donuts" "we don't have jelly filled donuts" and more.
Eventually the one worker ended up having a female worker come help him.
I was set on taking "special" donuts to my daughter for school lunch so I continued to stay in line.
I ended up ordering my dozen and left.
I got into my car and was disgusted at the size of the donuts. With no more time to spare to get to my daughter's school, I had to leave.
Thankfully, I reside about 10-15 minutes away from this location so it's always our go to.
This location has been a part of my life since I was a child. So to see the changes that have hit, is horrible.
I've gone and it's been closed.
I've gone and have been told there's no glazed donuts, there's no type of this donut, or no type of that donut.
I receive the promotional emails that tell me to head in for this but when you get there, it's not available. I receive the promotional emails that tell me to order now but everything is unavailable when you attempt to place an order.
I've received "tiny" donuts a few times now and just thought it was a fluke but no, this is what is being produced and provided for purchase which for the PRICE is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
The shift this location has taken is for the worst.

SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! We came up to order on 2/7 at 10:30PM. just before closing. this is how the conversation went.
worker: what can i get for you?
driver: 2 dozen glazed donuts
worker: we cant do glazed donuts
driver: wait you have no glazed donuts?
worker: i think thats what i just said.
WHAT???? LITERALLY WHAT?????? A CLARIFYING QUESTION SHOULD NOT WARRANT THAT RUDENESS. completely rubbed me the wrong way. i wont be going back for a GOOD while and it definitely wont be this location EVER again.
