The milkshake I was served was clearly off—made with expired milk—and I had to throw it away. When I mentioned this to the manager, he simply grinned and did not offer a replacement or refund. Additionally, I specifically ordered a burger with no onions, yet it arrived loaded with onions. Once again, the staff made no attempt to correct the order or offer compensation. This level of indifference and disregard for basic food quality and customer service is extremely disappointing. I have always enjoyed Five Guys in the past, but this experience has completely changed my view. I will not be eating at any Five Guys location again unless I receive an apology and a full refund for my order.
