Her response was very lazy to start with and you could tell she did not want to be at work well she starting speaking so softly that I simply said im sorry I cant hear you and even blamed it on my truck to be nice only because I know we all have bad days but then she decided it was good to get a nasty attitude and yell at me to be rude and ultimately this was bad enough for a negative review. The management at this store is good generally but he was not there Today.

The female that they were training was having an incredibly hard time catching on and she was not good at listening. I had to wait for 25 minutes to get 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches and a split dozen donuts. The white female on this shift was basically carrying the male worker (who seemed to have focus issues) and the training female (who just couldn't function right). The white female gave me a refund because it took so long AND I was rung up wrong and overcharged for my order as well.
