  While waiting for my order today , I observed an employee at the drive thru window with their uniform and arms were heavily covered in what a cat hair. I asked her if that was cat hair she said yes. I followed up with do you come to work like this all the time she said sometimes. This poses a significant sanitation risk and a potential allergen hazard for customers. As a regular customer, I expect a standard of cleanliness that ensures food and drinks are prepared in a sterile environment. Seeing visible pet hair on a staff member directly handling open containers is unacceptable.

  I bought some a box of Valentine's doughnuts and a variety box for my staff. Team member Binal was there and she was kind and helpful .

  At the drive-thru, I specifically asked if this store still had the free mini totes as advertised. The employee confirmed that they did. After I paid $8 for a small drink, and I was handed my items without a napkin and the tote, I inquired again. She looked at me and didn’t know what I was talking about. She asked management and without an apology, said no, they didn’t have them.

  Forget it. They made it clear they want ZERO to do with customers. Sad "selection" of donuts. Staff just yapping & I'm the only customer. 6 minutes for 1 cup of coffee.

  I could tell the girl was “thrilled” to be working there. They need to either increase the volume of the drive thru speaker, or the worker this needs to speak louder.
