- KJKylie JohnsonMar 22, 20261.0Genuinely the most I’ve ever waited for fast food, there were 6 whole people working in the kitchen and my single order of a discovery box still took 30 minutes. I’m just standing there watching everyone move around like it’s busy, but it’s really not even that crazy, and somehow it still takes half an hour for ONE order. At that point it’s not even “fast” food anymore, it’s just food with a waiting room. I wasn’t even ordering anything complicated either, just one discovery box, no special requests, no changes, nothing, and it still dragged on forever. I’ve literally sat down at restaurants and gotten served faster than that, which makes no sense when there are that many people back there and it’s still moving this slow. Honestly ridiculous.
- JEJ EMar 20, 20261.0Don’t order online/with an app and schedule a self pick up time for anything other than immediate pickup. I had ordered something at 5:30 to be picked up at 6:15. When I got there at 6:15 I noticed on the receipt that they had made the order at 5:38. So in a sense my food was sitting out on the pick up counter for about 25 minutes. I’m not sure why they disregarded the time so completely, so of course when I got home the food was soggy and cold. I would recommend going to a different Taco Bell

So this time i wanted to make sure everything was in the bag. I parked on the side and counted. But when i went home, they gave me Beef Burrito instead of Bean burrito. I can only count . I can’t look inside the burrito. I always just not going back . Also chalupas were almost burnt. Not sure how to win from them.
