- AMAuthentic MeSep 27, 20251.0I am shocked and saddened… the first time I used the subway app for the Haymarket subway that has always given me great service and hearty sandwiches… my husband went to pick up his and my usual sandwich and got it home and we were shocked… the sandwiches had barely any of the vegetables requested and no spinach at all on mine… my husband didn’t even get the correct meat on his sandwich and both of our sandwiches was all bread… it was so disappointing… I tried to call the store to speak to the manager but it went to voicemail…. From now on, I will continue to come into the store to ensure that my sandwich has everything it should… so disappointed!

I have seen folks mistreat these employees due to language barriers despite the staff always being cordial. Hats off to Narayan and his team for always delivering a great meal to me and my family.
