As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- EMElly MaryNov 4, 20251.0The service is super bad here I was waiting to get ice on my cup and they ignored me. I was standing in line for 10 minutes and the cashier knew I was standing there and didn’t do anything. Never go to this place the food isn’t even fresh.

- NNNoraAug 13, 20201.0I don't like to give bad reviews but this place had the worst service when I went. The woman at the counter had headphones in and was watching Netflix on her phone. When I walked up to the counter to order she didn't even notice me. I stood there for a whole minute before she looked up from her phone and noticed I was there. When she took my order she wasn't friendly and left her headphones in the whole time. As I was swiping my card to pay she went straight back to watching Netflix. As someone who has worked in fast food before I understand what it is like to be bored at work but if a customer is standing right in front of you and ready to order and you are too busy watching your show to notice and then don't even attempt to apologize then that is just really poor service. A guy who was cooking in the back saw me standing there too and didn't bother to tell her. The fries were also bad. Hopefully they have better management now but I won't be back.
