  I did a mobile order for drive thru pickup because I am disabled and walking can be very difficult. They made me come inside to pick up my order and even after getting inside it took 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back and ask me what I needed. The store was not busy, there was no one in the store eating, and zero cars in the drive thru. They forgot 4 of the food items in my order and the manager rolled her eyes when I asked for them. When she grabbed my smoothie I let her know it was spilling out of the side and she snapped at me before walking the opposite direction. Also, I ordered 2 vegetarian hummus wraps for my husband and both had chicken in them.

  I will not being coming back to this location. I love tropical smoothie and come there normally on my breaks especially with the weather getting warmer. This location has never disappointed me before and is always fast and friendly. today I went and Stefanie A. was in the drive thru taking my order. I have never written a bad review let alone a review ever but she is the rudest person I have ever met. So impatient and should definitely not being working in customer server. I will never come back to this location because of the rude woman.

  I wish the employees followed the same measurements everytime. I got a sunrise sunset yesterday 2/25 that was AMAZING. Got another one today 2/26 and it tastes horrible 😭
