  Best Taco Bell in Harrisonburg!Everything was hot and great.we shared the big value box. Music was alittle funky but considering the area and our old age it was understandable. 😂

  Frequently, they are out of items that I have ordered in the app so I quit using it. I’ve had on more than one occasion missing items or the wrong items or the items such as the caramel empanadas are dried out and cold. Today, I ordered at the drive-thru and when I got home I only had half orders. The Nacho fries were half empty and the 10 piece Diablo chicken nuggets that’s on the receipt, was only a 5 piece plain nugget order. I called and the response was less than helpful. We won’t ever go to this Taco Bell again. If you go, make sure you check your order.

  Omg! This is the only Taco Bell we go to because it’s the only one that I have high standards for lol. Let me tell you!! Terrell is the sweetest person I’ve ever met in the fast food industry!! Our drink was taking a little while due to the machine so I swapped the flavor and he also brought us the one that we originally ordered. His customer service skills are top teir and if you’re considering going to a Taco Bell I’d definitely recommend coming to this one!!

  THE BEST experience I’ve ever had with a Taco Bell in Harrisonburg! The general manager, Terrell Jenkins was there. He took my order the day before and made sure it was good to go by the time we had scheduled for my work event! He was encouraging his team the entire time, made it a happy atmosphere to be in, and was so polite in his customer service! The entire working team delivered hands-down, better than any Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced before! The food was great. Our event was great and the experience from the Taco Bell on port is the only one that I will ever go to again! Highly recommend.

  If 0 was an option for a rating that would be it, after messing up orders and cursing all through the restaurant, 2 staff that looked like they could be managers just cursed out 65-70 year old man and was threatening to call the police on him after he spoke up about waiting over 20 minutes and nobody would wait on him. This business is really getting out of hand and someone needs to fix it. We will be back until then.
