  This is by far the worst taco bell i've been to. The last 3 visits they have gotten my order wrong in several different ways and spilled a drink on my arm. This last visit i ordered the 3 crunchy taco supreme. Well they weren't supreme. Upon going in to get it corrected i was met with sighs and eye rolls when they realize i'm there to correct a mistake on their end. Not only was i treated like a bother and a problem. But i was made to pay the difference when it was their fault to begin with. So in short this taco bell will mess up your order numerous times and when you go to get what you actually paid for, you're treated like a problem and a bother. To then, be told to pay for their mistakes. I'm done with this taco bell and if i can, this post will stop other people from wasting their money here.

  Today at 2:40pm, enter the Taco Bell at 1680 E. Market and to may surprise the so he said General Manager, young dark sin male personal, told me I have to use the quiost, can't even spelling it, because he did not want to use the register. Since I said , I would like for him to take my order using the register, he again told me that I have to use the quiost. I answered that I don't have to , I would like to use the register and he answered have a nice day. . So I decided to indeed have a nice day. This was a rude moment for me. Not nice general manager at all. Poor customer service from his part. Unfortunately did not ask for his name, but I am sure you know whom I am speaking about. So sad being this is my first time sending a review.

  Now I get the taco hell reference by this very store. One of the worst. Chalupa shell and even soft taco shell was hard and breaking apart like huh...items missing....drinks were all 3/4 ice..many items were wrong...nope...won't be back..

  Burnt potatoes, made my order wrong even tho I paid for steak and they just complained they had 5 pages of orders to make so they didn’t want to make the steak. 2 people just wearing regular clothes, no Taco Bell uniform at all lol… and everyone’s so disorganized yelling at each other, paid so much just for tortillas with no food in it, everytime I come to this location the burritos are FLAT and thin

  This restaurant was filthy. Hair on the soda machine, every table was dirty. The floors were disgusting. The soft drinks we ordered were out, came out clear from the machine, only when we asked did they say the Dr. Pepper and root beer were unavailable. What a shame because the restaurant looks new and nicely updated but our experience felt gross. My daughter says her food was good but I have lost my appetite.
