- RWRoger WineJul 30, 20251.0We purchased 4 subs from the Virginia Ave store. My wife’s bread was so hard and tough she couldn’t eat it. I got a subway club and found a toothpick in the first half of the sandwich! We called the store and was informed there was nothing they could because I had already started eating the sandwich! How was I supposed to know there was a toothpick embedded in my sandwich BEFORE I started eating it? This is what happens when they have kids working who don’t care about the product OR the customer! Beware ordering from this store!!

I ordered a foot long veggie sub (no meat or cheese) and the person making my sandwich was pretty stingy with the veggies. Then it was TEN dollars. I clarified and he said prices just went up. I left because at this point my daughter and I just wanted to eat, but I looked it up online and it was listed for $7.99. Only a couple bucks, but it's the principle of the thing. Especially with how prices have been skyrocketing lately. Even $8 is a lot for just bread and some veggies, but the convenience makes up for it sometimes. Won't be back to this specific location.
