- CRCathy RobertsDec 14, 20251.0Concern – in-store experience I’m writing to share feedback about an experience I had at one of your subway locations earlier today at 12:56 PM Sunday, December 15. I came to purchase a sandwich, but unfortunately the interaction with employee assisting me was very unpleasant. The young lady who served me had a noticeably poor attitude and was unprofessional throughout the interaction as a customer I expect basic courtesy and respect and this experience was disappointing enough that I lost my appetite and chose not to continue my order. I’m sharing this not to cause trouble but to bring awareness so it can be addressed through coaching or additional training customer service plays a big role in the overall subway experience and I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

- SOSheldon O'RoarkDec 1, 20251.0I ordered a 12 inch sub and two 20oz soda's for delivery. When the delivery arrived all three items we're in the same small paper bag. The sub wasn't even warm anymore from being in contact with two cold sodas, and it was mashed so severely that the ingredients of the sub were mostly on the outside of the bread. What I unwrapped was a cold mess. And of course there were no napkins. I don't expect employees to be rocket scientists but, it's only common sense not to put hot and cold items in the same bag.
