My wife’s fillet was pretty good, but my ribeye was un edible. Sent it back for being undercooked and I could not cut through it with the gristle the fat and stringiness. It came back a second time undercooked. Our server Kobe was very good but embarassed at situation. They comped my steak as well they should. Terrible
