I placed my order on the kiosk thinking that there wouldn't be no complications well I was wrong she tried charging me for 2 meals when I only got one she didn't understand me due to language barrier!! And then didn't even call out my number I had to walk up to the counter to look in the bag to make sure it was my food in there bc they tend to mix up the order and then didn't even acknowledge me! I really don't like going to that McDonald's it really needs to be shut down

Never been on this McDonald's since I was only on vacation. The Hispanic ladies were very polite and very fast. Keep up the good work .

Placed a mobil order and paid for extra condiments. They now charge for it so I put it on the order and paid for it. I checked the order before leaving. They did not give us the condiments we ordered the person at the window said they now charge for condiments and can't give me anymore. Explained we paid for them it is on the receipt. She gets a manager who still refused to give us our condiments despite having paid for them.
