When I have a few free minutes to stop by and pick up my lunch, they always have problems with my order, but when you start asking them what the problem is and why I have to drive through again, after 5 seconds they say that everything is ready. So what is the problem, because either it really exists and cannot be solved in a second, or it is simply invented by staff who are too lazy to do their job properly!
