I go to this Martin's all the time. Last week the cashier gave me a receipt ( which I brought with me today) to get my free turkey. Of course I picked up one without a tag which was no ones fault and the people in line behind me were nice about it. When they brought the tag up the system would not give me the turkey free. I didn't want to hold the line up anymore and I stuck my receipt down in the bag somewhere so I said 'I should not pay attention to these receipts right? ' She said 'you only have 147 points' so I go to the side and find my receipt down in the bag where the cashier last week said to be sure to get your free turkey. They had already took the turkey back and she saw the receipt where I was supposed to get a free turkey and said we can try again. I told her no, that's ok and she was very nice and said sorry. I had to go get ready for the basketball game and did not have extra time for this foolishness. If your points system does not work right then don't fill people with unlikely promises on your receipts especially nowadays when prices are high and people get excited to get something cheap or free. I spend around $140 every week or two. I always liked Martin's and will now only go in to get prescriptions filled but I will go Krogering from now on since it's close by also. I still have my free turkey receipt but don't know how to upload it with my review. I guess it doesn't matter anyway since your business is based on false advertising.
