The crust is more flaky than doughy-- such a different mouth feel than most pizza! The sauce is so flavorful. The ingredients on top are almost superfluous, but I love to get banana peppers and pepperoni. There is also a selecting of beer, draft and bottled. The seating area is pretty a austere, but did not prevent me from enjoying the pizza. Staff was friendly.
