I'm totally disappointed in the service I received this morning. There were at least five employees talking to each other while I stood at the counter. This is before 7:00a.m. Finally, the magic person who could take my order approached. This was who they were waiting on. I tried to order five dozen donuts for my early morning class and the night janitorial crew. It was the first time I was EVER told they couldn't accommodate the request, given that it is 7:00a.m. And I have done this routinely several times every semester. The person said it was policy. Fix your policy! At before 7:00 a.m. you should be able to replace a few donuts! I left. Went to your competitor and got the donuts desired. I have loved coming into this store that is clean, and in the past got positive help. The early hours are great, if you can get service. Being close to a university, you should anticipate some larger orders. After all, I didn't just start today with that type of larger order. What happened? Work with your staff to assist clients in a positive way. Don't just blow us off. Maybe other customers will have better luck. I vote with my feet and dollars.
