- NCNicolena CrisologoFeb 3, 20261.0I ordered and paid for the ultimate bacon jam sandwich and just got a bacon egg and cheese. I also ordered a medium iced dunkalatte, which the cashier put in a regular iced latte. I noticed this when I got my order and it says on the ticket that it was a regular iced latte, I get the dunkalatte because I like the coffee milk. I also get that it's busy, so no hate to the girl on reg... it happens. When I went to one of the workers to just ask for what I had ordered she got defensive saying that this is how it is made and it's made correctly. I work at a Dunkin' location in my hometown, so I know an iced latte and a dunkalatte are different. She proceeded to just make me a regular latte again as the dairy dispenser she used only holds whole milk, skim milk, and cream, and watched her use the whole milk side. I'm not in the mood for an argument over a latte, so I'll deal with the regular latte.
