I also got salsa and chips, the chips were stale as all get out. I was told I would be charged an “up charge” for a cup of shredded cheese when you can get that and as well as the salsas, lettuce and any “free” topping extra for FREE! Customer service on the line was awful and they were talking about other customers and what they hate them doing and such in front of current customers. I do have to say that the young man that rung me up was very nice. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle.

This is probably the 3rd time this has happened to me and I’m done with the laziness. Do not order out from here they will forget to add things.
