- JKJulie KatykhinFeb 25, 20262.0Extremely disappointed. Lack of customer service & basic human sense. I asked for a chicken quesadilla for my child & they refused to make me one. Only if I ordered via the app. So I sat there, while my toddler screamed and then they glared at me the whole time I ate. When we finally got our food, the chicken was burned. There was barely any cheese in our quesadilla. The restaurant was not clean. I’m just disappointed all in all.

Proceeded to give me the least amount of chicken I’ve seen in a bowl. I wanted to ask if she was joking but decided I’d just write a review. Separate lady who worked cashier was nice though.

The person making my food was new, and I totally understand that, but the manager who came to help was so rude. I was nice the entire time, I even showed them what I was talking about on the chipotle website and she got an attitude. I told her how to make it and I told her it was okay. I paid and the person that rung me up was nice as well. As I was leaving I could hear her talking crap about me for no reason. This place is 2 stars for a reason. Definitely not going back. I’ll just continue to go to the other chipotle
- ZSZeeshan SethJan 14, 20261.0I got a rice bowl. The food was dry and old, most of the toppings were out and they didn't put extra of the rest of what they had in stock when I asked. Really disappointed with this location the location on reservoir does an amazing job.
