  The last time I ate here I was served cold wings that tasted like they had been taken out of a cooler at the beginning of the day and placed into a hotbox to warm up. I ended up paying for a minimum of two health code violations. As a long time professional cook I am disgusted and will not tolerate this again.

  Came here with my team and arrived at 4:15, didn’t get ANY food for 2 hours as well as tables around us. We had to literally harass the wait staff to get their attention and waited 20 minutes for the manager came out. Parties that came in after us were served before us. Our food was cold when it came out. Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your time.

  I recently placed a carry-out order at Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was directed to the carry-out area. Several servers walked past me without acknowledgment. I understand there are designated staff members for carry-out and that the restaurant was busy, so I tried to be patient. What really stood out to me, though, was how my food was handled. When the carry-out staff member came out, she asked for my name, retrieved my order, and then dropped the bag onto the counter rather than handing it to me. It wasn’t simply placing it down — it felt abrupt and dismissive. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no basic courtesy. I fully understand how stressful and fast-paced restaurant environments can be, but how food is handed to a customer matters. It’s the final interaction in the experience, and it left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest.   Ate here for the first time and it was really good but a bit too noisey. They had good appetizers and dinner meals. I will be going back.
