  Usually 7 brew staff is extremely nice and welcoming which is why I love coming. Recently, I’ve noticed a concerning behavior for a specific employee. This past Saturday morning she was especially rude, I don’t know her name but she has blonde hair and is relatively short. She came up to take my order with no smile, or how are you, and rushed me with my order. It’s quite hysterical when their cups say “Give the gift of happiness” yet nothing was reciprocated from her. When I got my drink I witnessed her being disrespectful to multiple employees, and not being very positive from a company that chooses kindness first. Her behavior as a leadership figure is deeply troubling, and should not be allowed to work as a face for the company. She has no empathy or patience for anyone she’s come across when taking orders. Ive greeted her with a simple “Good morning,” to her which was met with no acknowledgment. Rushed me to order and had an attitude while on shift. The overall attitude with her has prompted me to not visit this location until she is transferred or retrained on simple human decency. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest location and I now have to drive out of my way to still enjoy coffee.

  Visited on a busy Thursday after work. Line was long but flowed well. The service was fast and super friendly. Excellent customer service, especially since I didn’t exactly know what I wanted. All 4 of our drinks were yummy. and we were in and out in about 3 minutes. The children’s size is perfect for our elementary aged kiddos. My son’s pink paradise chiller was specifically outstanding. Highly recommend!

  We drove 70+ miles to get 7 Brew. We ordered several drinks today.When we were given our drinks, my husband ask which energy drink was which as they were not labeled. The girl working smarted off with “it’s whatever you ordered” and motioned for us to move…to say my husband was angry would be an understatement. Everyone in the car doesn’t need to taste everyone else’s drinks and they all looked the same FYI. Thanks 7 Brew Harrisonburg for the loving Valentine’s Day service…not.

  Popular drive thru coffee chain. Tends to be busy in the morning. But still worth stopping. Don’t expect Dunkin’/Starbucks coffee.. and that’s not a negative at 7 Brew. Vibe and coffee are excellent.

  I waited in line for about 10 minutes at the South Main Harrisonburg store. Nobody ever came to my window but proceeded to go to cars all around me. The girls seemed to know one of the customers so they were making a big deal over her. I proceeded to pull up to the window with no order yet. Several girls looked at me but several of the girls ran to the car of this customer. I waited and waited for someone to help me. Nobody ever walked up to me so I just pulled off. Extremely poor customer service! Very disappointed in the store on South Main.
