  While cheaper than Starbucks, the service here sucked. The girl taking orders in the line disappeared to inside of the building. When I got to the payment girl, she was perturbed because she just started her shift (I saw her come in) and had to take my order. She handed me an iPad thing asking if I wanted to tip her. With that attitude, I checked no tip. Well, that was it, my first time there on a road trip after hearing great things about them and I get treated poorly. I asked simple questions and go no answer and a blank stare. She ultimately walked away and the girl who was originally taking orders gave me my iced coffee. No matter how good it was (its wasn't all that), I certainly won't be going back.

  I went to the Harrisonburg 7brew to get a gift card as a Christmas gift. When given the card, I was not given a receipt. I asked if I could get a receipt and was told that the printer was down or broke and had been for several days and that they could not give me one. When I asked to speak with a manager, a girl came to the car and said “whats up”. When I told her I would like to have a receipt showing how much was on the gift card she proceeded to tell me the same as the girl prior, and I told her that was not acceptable. I needed something showing that that card number had a certain amount of money on it and for her to please sign it. She did so on receipt paper and scribbled her name where you could not even tell who signed it. I was surprised how rude she was. You could tell that she was agitated for me asking for a receipt that should have been given to start with.

  Best iced coffee in Hburg! But please, turn down the music. It is bearable when you're far away from the speaker, but it is painfully and seizure-inducingly loud when you're close to the speaker. I would keep my window up at that point, but you need it down to retrieve your drink.

  I don’t usually post a review, but we live in Waynesboro and drove all the way to Harrisonburg all the time to get seven brew as I was in line yesterday the car in front of me approached and one of the attendance came out with a cup of cream and a drink of some sort And the car rolled down the back window, and the server began to feed the dog as the dog was licking the cream off the cup all over on the servant hand, the dog began to lick everything it could reach from two different servers and all that’s fine, but the attendance walked back in and picked up the rag that they were wiping the cups off with from overspill. And begin to wipe their hands with the dish towelit looked like our drinks and someone else’s with the rag. I’m fine with him being nice to folks with dogs and being courteous, but I just don’t desire to eat after one. I don’t think for health sake of everyone else that this should occur so just a heads up not everyone wants to eat after something a dog has licked all over with after they wipe their hands with it. For some folks are allergic to dogs even kids are has allergies to them so be aware when you’re doing that sort of stuff other folks are coming through the line because of this, I will not be visiting seven brew in Harrisonburg, Virginia every one of their staff need to be aware that other people go there also and besides the Health issues it brings I have been there many times and the service was great but for me, I’m not willing to visit there with this kind of action just not healthy
