Today I had a very disappointing experience at Food Lion. I purchased vitamins, and unfortunately they sold me an expired product. I am currently breastfeeding, and I only realized the vitamin was expired after I had already taken it. This is very concerning and unacceptable, especially when it involves health and safety.I can’t imagine how such a mistake can happen, as expired products should never be on the shelves. This experience made me lose trust, and I hope management takes this seriously to ensure better quality control in the future😡😡
Hateful older cashier named Dana checked me out in express line. I had 14, maybe 15 items and she went on her mic to say that "People who shouldn't be in express line are in the line" and asked for others employees to help. There was also a mother with two kids with small amount of items as well. What they didnt realize is that there were no Full Service lines open. They just didnt have any open - only express lines so my only choice was to go in the express line. Not to mention she threw my items down her register in frustration. Completely rude and unprofessional. I know this store has attitude problems with some younger cashiers, but with my experience it seems that it also follows with the older ones as well
I normally buy the bakery tortilla chips but who ever is in charge of making them wayyy too much salt. The chips were soo salty they were awful to eat I had to throw away the whole bag. Disappointing please work on that or make them unsalted.
The store itself is great—clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop in. However, the customer service from some of the cashiers, especially the younger ones, is very disappointing. They often seem annoyed, unfriendly, and unwilling to help.

Wife went in to buy some deli meats. None of them were any good.
