  Pulled up to the drive-thru at Dunkin' and got greeted with “cash out?” in a rude tone. I genuinely had no idea what that was supposed to mean—apparently customers are just expected to guess now? NEWS FLASH: customers aren't trained on your random phrases When I didn’t understand, instead of explaining like a normal person, the employee just repeated it with more attitude like I was the problem. That’s not how customer service works. On top of that, she started talking to another employee about the situation right there at the window in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Afterward I checked the reviews and there are multiple people saying the same thing about the morning shift drive-thru girl, which honestly makes sense. I'm honestly shocked that this employee is still here with the reviews she has. Disgusting. Do better.

  This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the town. They never made a coffee, right they never give you a right order. You always missing something and they overcharged you. I ordered two bagels with cream and cheese on the side. They charged me separately for the sandwich and they charged me separately for the cream and cheese.
