  Cashier had an absolutely horrible attitude from the moment I stepped up to pay. No greeting, no eye contact, completely rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question, he responded like I was bothering him. No excuse for treating customers that way.

  I guess I’m another disappointed customer at this location. I ordered a simple meal (chicken cup/steak cup). When I paid for my food the guy at the register was so rude. It’s as if he hated his job and he was taking it out on his customers. He was a thin blonde hair guy. I proceeded to ask to for his name and he said he didn’t have to give that information. I then asked to speak to a manager. He said he was a manager. Another member of the staff there confirmed that he was NOT a manager. He refused to give me management’s information. He proceeded to abuse me verbally as I was standing there. From what I was told he treats the rest of the staff like trash too. This is not what I expected when I decided I wanted Chipotle for lunch. Chipotle why do you have someone like this as a team member. He’s toxic.

  There is always something wrong whenever I come to this location. They’re out of a food choice, they’re out of napkins, their payment processor isn’t working and they only take cash, their portions are too small even compared to the bad reputation modern chipotle has for this anyway, like it’s always something. Go to the one across town if you feel like getting chipotle you will thank yourself.

  Placed an order to be picked up at 8:50 PM, tonight, went through the pick up window, said our name, got a bag, came home and completely wrong order. I call the store and tell them what happened. I got a short "So, you want us to remake it?" I say yes and drive all the way back to the store. My food was not remade. It's COLD and the sour cream in my husband's bowl looks like water. It's disgusting. It was not busy, no reason my food should not have been remade. It was their fault giving the wrong bag and I had to run to town twice.

  Every garbage was over flowing, there were no utensils, and the crew seemed to be overloaded. Despite that the line was clean, the food was fresh and looked great (I wasnt going to get a double chicken if it looked old), and the girls who took care of me smiled at me, acknowledged my thank yous with youre welcomes, and moved me from the line to checkout in like 30 seconds. If the crew who interacted with me acted any differently I would think this location wasnt great, but to me it seemed like they just needed more crew and tonight was busy. So yeah the burrito was perfect the crew was welcoming and sweet I got my food in a minute whats there to complain about
