  Honestly I loved the wings I got here. I got the scorpion bone in wings and lemon pepper and I absolutely loved the scorpion sting. I had a full blown conversation with the lady who took my order and she was really nice. Another worker was also so sweet to me.

  Janet went above and beyond helping us. They have great French fries and Lemonade. Great place to stop in for a bite to eat.

  This place is honestly the worst place ever. It is so unprofessional and i hated how difficult it was to order some food. The environment in this place is the worst i ever been in it is so unsanitary and i don’t even think the employees think to clean up. The owner of this restaurant is super disrespectful to everyone and doesn't care about their employees. The food is not good at all it is old food kept inside coolers ready to be heated up on a “grill”. This is the worst charley’s ever. i do not recommend this place at all coming from someone who loves sandwiches.

  Ordered an original Philly with no peppers. It arrived cold, with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, none of which are listed on the menu as standard toppings. Ordered a second Philly, meat and cheese only. It came out with lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions, and peppers. Despite reminding the staff three times about the order, when we asked them to fix it, we were met with attitude and arguing rather than a simple correction. When they did fix it, the portion of meat was noticeably smaller and the cheese wasn't melted. Poor food quality, incorrect orders, and unwillingness to correct mistakes without conflict. Also spent $5 on two cups of water. Thought if I was paying that price it would atleast be a bottle. I would not recommend this place.

  I went to Charley's cheesesteak on Sunday 3/29/26 around 9:00 p.m. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in a very long time. I ordered my Philly cheesesteak with meat onion mushroom and Swiss cheese. I paid cash for it I was supposed to get $13 back they gave me $0.13 I had to correct him and I had to wait a good while before they would give me my $13 back said he couldn't get into the register no manager. When I got my cheesesteak it had mayonnaise lettuce and tomato on it. This is not on their store menu however THEY SAY IT COMES WITH LETTUCE TOMATO AND MAYONNAISE REGARDLESS OF THE FACT IT'S NOT ON THEIR MENU. I told them I would like a refund they would not give it to me! They made me wait another half an hour to get the proper cheesesteak made as ordered. I believe the manager was there the whole time making cheesesteaks he finally opened the register so I can get my $13 back and he was the one that finally made my cheesesteaks right. The company does not have a telephone number to talk to someone about the issue I had you must email Charley"s and see if they respond they have not responded yet like they don't give a crap about the company it's a shame they could have something good here if they had proper people running it.
