  I personally do not eat at Arby's. However, I Doordash. And what I saw and experienced today was unacceptable. After waiting several minutes for an employee to even make eye contact with me, I still waited another 10 minutes for this customer's Dash. I watched them take food out of other orders that were sitting in a window, put them in a fresh bag, and hand it off to me. I said something to the girl that handed me the order - her response was "If you want to do something about it, we're hiring." Bruh. Unacceptable. Beyond the pale. Don't eat here, don't Dash here. It's not fair to customers to get old, cold food and of course they blame it on the driver. I did not deliver this order. I contacted support at DD and asked them to look into it.

  I mean I’ve read some nasty things about this Arby’s and I won’t let that shit stand anymore. Went in there with some friends and got 3 meat mountains made to perfection. Workers were beyond nice and made my experience 10 times better. Shoutout to my main man Brian behind the grill he’s the MAN! Gave us each a peach cobbler and told us to have a great day! It’s time to change the narrative about Arby’s and their reputation!
