  Food is cold, service is horrible. When they feel like waiting on you. Place is a pig stie. That's to be the dirtiest wendy's, i've ever been in. Pathetic

  I ordered a single spicy chicken sandwich and it absolutely destroyed the roof of my mouth because it was covered in boiling grease. It's been over 3 days and I can still hardly eat. Made a complaint with corporate and the local manager called and only offered a refund for the sandwich. So disgusted with how terrible the customer service is. Ultimately, there must've been a pocket of boiling oil under the coating of the chicken and when I bit into it, it like literally incinerated the top of my mouth. I have been eating at Wendy's since I was in college, which is like 30 years.

  Cometí un error y me regañaron muy feo. Entre al estacionamiento y desde mi ángulo no se veía ningún carro en la línea de auto servicio. Me fui directo a donde debería de ir la línea. Y sin saber habían carros detrás de mí. Cuando me atendieron en la ventana y se dieron cuenta que mi pedido no estaba en la lista me regañaron bien mal y con mala actitud. Ros por un helado un frosty grande. Ese regaño me quitó las ganas de comerme el helado. Así que me ayudó a no engordar mas. Falta mejor servicio y atención al cliente.

  Firstly, every Wendy's... is not created equal. I hadn't been to a Wendy's in about 2 years until yesterday, when a co-worker and I were trying to decide what we wanted for lunch. We decided on Wendy's since neither of us had been to Wendy's in years. We were both pleasantly surprised. I didn't even know that they had new Frostys! The Dave's classic double... is still a top 10 burger... DEPENDING on which Wendy's your visiting I prefer the one in Hampton VA on Mercury Blvd. The staff was chill, the restaurant was clean, the food was fantastic. I tried two of the new Frostys... I'm not a fan... I'll stick with the chocolate... which was amazing.

  So ate here March 27th and every one that are now has food poisoning. Known it's from here because it's the only thing we all ate the same before and after.
