- JCJesseñia Corcino6 days ago1.0I usually like this place.. but this time was honestly disappointing. My flatbread barely had any chicken in it… like you’re paying for a chicken flatbread, not a veggie one with a few scraps. When I asked for a little more chicken, they acted like it was a problem just to add a small amount. On top of that, the flatbread is supposed to come with two pieces of bacon and mine only had one. When I asked about it, they added another piece… but it was literally half a strip. That just made it feel even more careless. I’m not asking for extra.. just what’s advertised. If you’re charging full price, then the portion and quality should match that. Definitely could’ve been handled better..

Definitely the smallest skinny wrap i ever seen from Tropical Smoothie. Took one bite and trashed it. My smoothie was great. Also, your cashier has long side bangs that she keeps moving out her face with gloves on. And never changed them not one time. Please make sure that your workers are changing out gloves and washing hands. Also hair should be pulled up or back if a hair net is not worn, or a hat This will help to avoid hair in customers food.
