  Orderd a Mango smoothie and dragon fruit smoothie. Both tasted like mildly sweet water. Absolutely zero actual fruit taste. Save your money, don't spend $20.00 on thick water. Go somewhere else.

  Slowest Tropical Smoothie in the 757 and the rude incompetent staff has no customer service. Waited an extra 30 minutes for an online order that i had to ask for before they made it. They dont call out names when your order is ready. Had to be at least 20 people waiting & the pickup area gets too crowded. The staff seems irritated to be at work.

  My experience with this tropical smoothie was amazing, friendly workers, and an amazing atmosphere. My favorite is pomegranate plunge, it’s so good! Julie is the one who took care of me and helped me with my allergy as well, she was so sweet and understanding! Definitely 5/5 and will be coming back!

  This is the best tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to hands down!!! As soon as we walked in; we were greeted with upbeat personalities and professionalism by the staff. Julie was making sure every table was taken care of, and we personally felt at home there. The Bahama Mama was out of this WORLD! Felt like I was on the Maldives, staring out into the ocean with reggae music blasting. The Caribbean chicken jerk wrap was breathtaking. Brought the whole experience to a different level! Definitely a phenomenal location! We are excited to return and can’t wait to see what other grubs we can get our hands on. Ask for Julie; She is the absolute best!

  I had such a great experience at the Tropical Smoothie Café in Hampton, VA, and I really want to recognize Julie for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to come across someone who not only keeps things running smoothly but also makes customers feel valued, and Julie absolutely does both. She handled everything with professionalism and a positive attitude, even during what seemed like a busy time. My order was made perfectly, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. Julie is a huge asset to this location, and her exceptional service is a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot, especially when Julie is there!
