  Nice convenient location. Needs to work on speed but that's more of a system flaw than the actual performance of the store. Most items on the menu are typically available regardless of peak times. The store manager is nice and caring as well. Again this store is great but McDonald's and other major FAST food chains aren't fitting that FAST food theme anymore and has not for years. Technology impacts the overall efficiency of this company and significantly needs balance or an update.

  I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. In all honestly I really wish I could just leave ZERO stars. I stopped by this location with my husband to pick up chicken nuggets for our sick child. I ordered a 10-piece nugget and a large Sprite. When I got to the window, I was handed only six nuggets. After checking my receipt, I saw I had only been charged for a six-piece, despite ordering a 10-piece. On top of that, the Sprite was flat, as if the syrup was out. I explained the situation to the employee at the window. She said she would get the manager. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and at that point I was not upset. What made this experience so disappointing was how the manager handled it. She approached the window already appearing irritated and unwilling to help. She told me there was nothing she could do because the register was not at the window and that I would need to go back through the drive-thru line to fix the issue. I asked for clarification that even though the mistake was on the restaurant’s end, I still had to go back through the line? She responded with a very condescending look and repeated that there was nothing she could do. I ultimately left without resolving the issue because it was clear I was not going to receive assistance and I was just willing to eat the $6 I had just spent. I have visited many McDonald’s locations where managers have been able to quickly correct simple ordering mistakes without sending customers back through the line. As someone who has worked in the service industry for over 10 years, I understand how things can go wrong, but professionalism and problem-solving does matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. For reference, this occurred on Sunday, February 22, 2026, around 1:45 PM. I did not get the manager’s name. Due to this interaction, I will not be returning to this location.

  On February 15th, 2026, at approximately 9:40am, I ordered a number 2, (sausage McMuffin) and a number 8 (chicken biscuit with egg and cheese) ; two apple pies and three sweet teas. Immediately ,the girl informed me that they had no apple pies. So I ordered an extra hash brown. I received my food and I opened the chicken biscuit due to the week before, they gave me an old, burnt #8 and I inspected it. Once again it was burned and dry. I asked for a better biscuit and the manager who had no name tag got smart with me blaming it on the 'old' grease. That was not acceptable so after some back and forth, she acquiesced and fixed me a new one. She said it would take 7 minutes. So I parked and went inside the restaurant to watch them cook it since I was told it would take 7 minutes. I got the biscuit and left, since I was headed to church. She did not apologize nor take accountability, and kind of tossed the biscuit in the bag on the countertop. While I think only 5-6 minutes had passed, I figured the biscuit would be done. I also noticed that they did have one apple pie, so the cashier lied. However, I took a bite into it and it was raw/ uncooked thru the middle. I was on my way to church, to which I was running late. 1. I patronize this McDonald's EVERY Sunday morning with my 98 year old uncle and 75 year old cousin. They are greatly impaired but their satisfaction comes in their food orders BEFORE church EVERY Sunday. 2. The way the Manager spoke to me was complacent as if I had to accept the burned biscuit blaming its appearance on the old grease. 3. Customer Service was lacking on product and serving etiquette and had no conflict skill sets to resolve the customer's issue. 4. For her to serve and undercooked biscuit (that I saved btw) was a health violation and I believe it was done as retaliation for her unprofessionalism. I am escalating this situation the the Health Department and will forward this concern to the Commonwealth Attorney. What transpired was uncalled for and I would not have made an issue but it transgressed health standards which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will keep you posted.
