This was to pick up an order I'd already placed in the app. Then it took them another 15 minutes to get the food handed to me despite now having nobody else in the drive thru but me and the food being ordered ahead of time. Like if I hadn't already paid, I'd have left! The food was cold and the whole time they were helping people inside that came in after me. Never again with this location. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru with nobody else in front of me. How is this acceptable?
