  Every time I order here they mess something up even something as simple as value meal burgers. This time no pickles or onions… nada -_- scared to ask them to fix it because I have witnessed customers returning food and watched the employee place the item in another customers bag.

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I Ree (senior at kecoughtan high school) ordered a number 7 two breakfast burritos, hash brown and water bottle. Hash brown perfectly fine… Burritos ABSOLUTELY NOT FRESH MADE AT ALL. Soon as I got to school I started eating I bite inside of the burrito, STALE So stale . Like it was hard crunchy, stale and not fresh. Mind you I was already at school why would I leave campus when I can call up there ?! So I did I called & told them aka the manager(TASHA) that it was stale. And also that I couldn’t come back to show her btw I have a video. I told her i’m a student & couldn’t leave campus for that but i threw it away and could y'all please serve fresh food. She then told me to come back tomorrow march 25 And they would give it to me for free ( free meal) come today I go back and fresh burrito was fresh second one HELL NAWW. Trifling stale once again!!! dry !!! not fresh and i could tell was freezer burnt I then called again not for anything in return. But just to tell them serve fresh food like it’s ok… Tasha then went off on me atp give me my money back goodbye !!!

  You really shouldnt be charging when people ask for extra when you dont even put it on anyway. Extra pickles $1? For you to still put 1 on there is crazy

  It's sad that the management company(Giamo Management) so proudly represents themselves while delivering such sub par results. I'd be a bit ashamed to carry a 3.3 rating on Google reviews, and even more shameful of what customers have to say in them. My second star is for the occasional kid that cares enough to try. Management seems to be lacking. Training seems to be lacking. It's reflected in the quality of interaction and the quality of the food. Caring doesn't translate to leadership, which this place desperately needs. Food quality is not up to standard, service is below. You'd think an organization as formidable as Mc. Donald's, especially when it comes to process and standardization, would better equip their staff with the necessary skills to interact with both people and food. I hope that Giamo is tracking on some of this, and is taking steps to fix this location(it's been years, but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day).
