  I am not one to complain because I also used to work in a fast food chain but an employee’s service I received was really something. I ordered through the mobile app to make it easier for myself and employees and I have never had a problem before with this location or past employees but lately one of the employees in the second window who I have seen frequently now just does not give at least 3/5 service. I do not expect 5/5 service because everyone has their days before but lately this employee has either distracted or very childish. Today, I ordered two meals and I don’t know the policy is but they put the both meals in the kpdh box which I have not seen before and she only gave one drink out of two. So I was going to ask the employee if they were holding on something and for my drink. She later tells me that it’s all in the box and to have a good day and closes the window. After a few moments later, I tell her after a minute, I proceed to tell her I’m missing a medium coke. She starts to laugh and say a what?. We go back in forward and it seems like she was really trying to play. As I didn’t want to further hold the line up, I drove away with the coke and when I look inside the box. I am missing a hash brown and I was not about to go back there since she really wanted to play with me. In conclusion, I get that employees have those days but at least double check the orders before sending it out the window.

  I pulled into the drive through line and was promptly ignored for about 10 minutes. The lane split into two, and the employee only took orders from one lane. I watched 5 cars go by before I yelled out asking to have my order taken. Then the employee gave me attitude because I requested service. I could not get her game as she didn’t wear a name tag

  It doesn’t matter if it’s 7am, 1pm, 6pm or 10pm or even if there is no one in the line but you, you’re going to have to pull up to the #1 pick up spot “, put your car in park and wait for food. Literally always slow.

  This location has truly gone downhill since I have moved to Hampton back in 1996. Apparently each cycle of employees and managers do whatever they want during business hours, and the app means nothing. Every single time I go through drive through something is wrong with my order, we end up sitting there for 15 plus minutes, or longer. So last night my husband ordered through the app and I went to pick it up curbside, not drive through. Checked in at 10:12, I watched them get 7 cars through the line, yet i was still sitting there. About 1030pm the drive through girl started waving for me to drive back around and come through drive through....I did not because there was cars still in the drive through line. I ended up walking over to the side door where the employees had been coming out that whole time to give the cars their food. There is a sign on the door says that the dinning room is suppose to be open until 11pm, yet was closed with employees just sitting there on the window ledge. I tell them I want a manager because at this point its ridiculous that I haven't gotten my food and was expected to get into the drive through line when I ordered curbside for that exact reason. A tall, older black man came to the door with my food saying that he was the manger and that he doesn't let his employees outside after 10pm (yet I watched them run up and down that side walk trying to get their line gone). So they can walk to the sidewalk but not to the well lit designated parking spaces? Nothing about my interaction last night made sense but I should have expit from this location.
